Refund issue

My services were cancelled on the 19th of December and my account credited with a refund for those services which is fine.

However, I was promised that my account would be credited with money back for the time I had no services and had to wait for an engineer and there is no sign of that credit on my account.

I had 7 days with no services followed by an engineer visit which fixed the issue. Then I had another day and a half with no services followed by another engineer visit.

Please just credit my account with whatever money owed due to having no services as I can't be bothered going through the carry on of an overly long phone call or live chat.
