Payment card validation

I'm trying to set up my payment details and keep getting a message saying please check card details
I have been trying all day and also tried my daughter's card.. we r both uk banking..
I also have a voucher to use and because of the card validation and payment issue i cant use the 2 month voucher ive used this account before and never had a issue..
My bank hasn't blocked my card for using on internet sites as i always use the same bank account for other internet related stuff.. please can some help

Welcome to the forum. You seem to be doing things right (valid UK bank card, funds available) so can't offer any suggestions myself but I'd suggest popping onto live chat, explain the issue and see if they can help you.
