I have recently joined now tv and broadband and was told when it became active an entertainment pass would automatically be on there but it's not

Welcome to the forum. Has your broadband now been activated? If so I'd suggest giving the broadband team a call (free from your home phone if you've already been activated) and check with them direct. You can find the telephone number for the Broadband Team by going to your My Account > My Package page

and click the Moving Home section.
