I've tried emailing my question but got an error 404 "not authorised to use this service" so I'm hoping someone here can answer my question, also can use this post of proof I did infact restart my pass before the deadline and asked for help re the follow up email.
I received an email after swapping from the Movie Pass to the Entertainment Pass with an offer to give me a now tv box if I restarted the Cinema pass before the 5th nov, which I've done, but I've not received the follow up email . The initial email seems to state that i have until 23:59 November 5, 2016 to restart my pass and fill in the follow up email.
I've seen the additional information regarding a "voucher email" but im not sure if this is the follow up email mentioned or a completely different one.
Do I have to wait 5 days for the "voucher email" to appear before chasing Now TV or am I missing an email?
