New NowTV box

Hi just bought a NowTV box as the LG blueray player, did an update and says this device is no longer supported. Removed the LG player which gives me one space bit box will not play as it says I have Maximum Device Activity and I need to wait till next month. Can you please reset so I can watch on my new box please?

Welcome to the forum. Quickest way to get sorted would be to have a word with Live Chat, explain what's happened and see if they can sort an extra device swap for you as a courtesy.
