My cancellation never went through

I signed up to the 14 day trial but realised immediately it was not compatible on my old computer so immediately cancelled the subscription. I am.furious to realise that the cancellation did not go through, not only that but I was signed up to 2 x packs so I have been charged since November 2 x payments one for £6.99 and the other for £9.99 I am so upset about this as I am.not in a financial situation to part with this money and I feel disgusted that my details are saved and still being used despite there being no direct debit set up with my bank. I want this to be rectified a.s.a.p how can I contact NOW.tv there is no phone number. Thanks
