Hi last week I was logged out of all my nowtv devices and was unable to log in or reset the password.
After countless hours on live chat ( literally!) I was told that there was a security issue with my account and has been referred to another department. I was reassured it will be solved with 24-48 hours.
Unfortunatey after nearly a week my issue is still unresolved and I can’t access my account. And this was over Christmas week.
After a further lengthy chat session (hours) they agreed to give me passes for my 2nd account for my troubles, but the sports pass is expiring (1 week only).
Spoke via live chat and after 1 hour was being told issue is unresolved and still awaiting resolution from ‘another department’. Not good enough.
Can someone please explain and solve my issue whatever the cause is / was?
im tired of live chats - having to explain everything and getting disconnected. Level of response from agents can vary - some would dismiss it and some would be mor helpful.
