I want my money back

I bought sports pass to watch Champions League Final and it's not on now tv and you advertise saying "watch all sky sports channel" 

This is misleading and I demand my money back.

you do get all channels the match was on bt sport not sky sports so you would needed goto bt sports not nowtv.

@Anonymous User unless you watched anything on the Sky sports channels, the pass should still be available to use.

 it was free in 4k on the bt YouTube channel so a double disaster

@Anonymous UserYep.  Ended up watching it on BT website.  For some reason I though it was on sky sports so it's my fault.

Think the passes last for 12 months so I'm sure you'll find something to use it for, I remember the days when sport was on itv or BBC everything was so much easier back then
