NOWTV Entertainment 2 for 1 pass

Hey I signed up for the 2 for 1 Entertainmaint pass on my phone, it said I was all done and that I could start watching. However the pass didn't show in my account. So I went onto my computer and signed up again for 2 for 1, it said it was complete yet the pass doesn't show. Why doesn't it show? Is there a way to stop being charged twice?

When you signed up for the 2 for 1 entertainment offer was you a brand new nowtv customer and followed the link on the nowtv website offers page ?


Also if the 2 for 1 offer wasn't showing when you signed up on your phone, did you create a new email account on your computer again by following the link on the nowtv website ?


If you can post a screen shot of your My Passes on both the account you used on your phone and the additional account that you used on the computer then perhaps somebody can see what's happening.


Alternatively you can contact live chat and ask them to look into this for you.
