So I have just set up a free trial on the kids pass go on to do the rest and saying payment can’t be taken I have had the money taken out for the kids pass really not happy about this why offer a free trial and then take it
@Anonymous User Welcome to the community. If you've had a free trial of the kids pass before it won't allow you to get another one, but if you're sure you've not had one then you should be entitled.
