I've entered a voucher using my phone and given the wrong pass word but it's gone through and now it activated but not to my account and iv tried using the same pass word on the now box but it won't accept it. Please help

Hi @Anonymous User To watch this pass you will need to log in to the account that the pass is registered unfortunately. Each code is unique to each acccount and can not be used more than once 😕 Have you tried resetting your password?
