I have had a Sky Sports pass applied to my account which I didn't order. Never had sports in 4 years. Don't intend to have sports. Not interested. Did NOT trial a sports pass. First I knew about it was an email which looked dodgy. Thought it was an phishing email till I checked the bank. 12.99 for a sky sports pass.
I don't just want my money back immediately I also want to know how it happened. Should I put in a complaint?
