Passes

Hi I have only just got the nowtv stick and it had a free 2 month entertainment pass with it.  However when I was setting it up I must have bought a 1 month cinema pass and 3 month entertainment pass by mistake.  As I already have a free 2 month entertainment pass I don't need another so wondered if I would be able to have a refund?  

If anyone can help that would be great.

Very disappointed to have not had a response.  I cannot see the point of having this community help as nothing seems to get sorted.  Does anyone ever get their money refunded or their problems solved !!
