Device limit reset?

Have 4 devices used via app - 2 chromecasts, iphone n android tab. Unfortunately daughter deleted iphone and the android tab will no longer cast as the new Now TV software is no longer
compatible with operating system. Unfortunately cannot add another device for approx 10 days.
Is it possible to get device limit reset and if so how? Have tried non existent chat.... Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks

Solved by using laptop to connect to chat. No connection at all via phone
