Device Management - Removing Devices

So I have 4 Devices listed and I have tried deleting some old ones to replace with new ones and the pop up appears at the top to say it was removed but they still show below and I cannot add a new device!

 

Annoying!

Hi,

 

It seems to be impossible to delete my laptop from my account. I have clicked to delete it a dozen times already, but it still remains and I would like to add my smart tv to my list instead of keeping my laptop on my list.

 

Can anyone help with this?

We've reset your devices and you should be able to continue viewing.

Hi Steve.

 

Thanks for the reply, but I only wanted my laptop removing from the list. All my devices have been cleared.

 

Will I be able to fill all the four slots back up? Or will this take 4 months!!

 

I really hope not as its Christmas, and Ive got kids to entertain.

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

You'll now be able to fill all four device slots again. 

 

As soon as you begin viewing on any device it will become added to your list of registered devices.

 

Once they've been filled, you'll only be able to make one change to your four devices every month.

Hello,

 

I'm trying to get two devices deleted. It seem that your device management system doesn't work given the number of people on here.  Same issue for me.  Tried deleting two devices, the pop-up says they are deleted, but they still appear in the list even after logging off and then back on again.  Please help.

You should also be able to add your devices now.

I came here hoping to find a solution but it seems that the only way for this to be fixes is to leave a message here and wait for someone from support to email me?!?

 

Does anyone know an actual fix that we can do ourselves?

 

If not, dear support people, my username is mseledwards and I too am having the same problem as others before me.
