Deleting card details

After not making use of my account, I have cancelled my free trial and then tried to delete my card details. As I was unable to do this, I have looked everywhere to try and find a way of contacting now tv to delete my card details but have found nothing. I want to get these details removed immediately.

Welcome to the forum. You can cancel passes yourself but to delete your card details you need to speak to live chat and ask them to do this.
