Hi @Anonymous User you need chat to remove your card details. To cancel the pass you can just go into "my account" select the relevant passes and click cancel. If you want to use the full 14 days a card is required during this time. .
If you need to reach chat click the following link and then click the contact button at the bottom and finally select chat (8am to midnight) None of the above...
