Are you still within the 6 month offer with Vodafone ?
Did you have an existing pass before taking the Vodafone offer and didn't cancel your old nowtv pass ?
Did you set up a second nowtv account when you took the Vodafone offer and again didn't cancel any active passes on your first nowtv account ?
When you go to My Account on here and select Bills & Payments does it show any payment history (check all accounts if you have created multiple nowtv accounts).
