Cancelled accounts & payments still being taken

I cancelled my account last month yet a further payment has been taken. I have cancelled account AGAIN tonight (screenshot taken this time). I would like my account & card details removed & refunded. Unable to get through on live chat !!!

@Anonymous User what time did you try chat? Sometimes there can be a wait. Or could you not find them? They open at 8.
