I cancelled my now tv pass before first month trial ended and still been charged 9.99 I want a refund but can't find any help on here!!!

Hi Lorna, have you checked you account and into the my passes section to make sure the pass is definately cancelled?

Yes I checked my passes and I defo cancelled it before the first free month trial was ending.
