Cancellation

How do I get refunded ? I have been paying for my pass since last year but have not used it the last 2 months ..

@Anonymous User Welcome to the community. Pop onto your My Account > My Passes page

and in the FAQ section look for 'I think I've been incorrectly charged', you'll find a request form in there you can fill in. You should also make sure the pass is cancelled on your My Account > My Passes page

I would also recommend enabling your Payment PIN in your account, this will prevent accidental or unauthorised payments in the future. To turn your Payment PIN on, go to your My Account > Payment PIN page
