I have the entertainment package but im being billed for cinema also witch i didnt add on and i cant get in touch with anyone to sort it out!

@Anonymous User Welcome to the community. You can cancel the cinema pass by going to your My Account > My Passes page
http://account.nowtv.com/passes Just click cancel and follow the steps all the way to the end.
