I recently made an account on now tv to trial out the 14 day free trial, I then cancelled my account after about 10 days because I already have sky. I have been billed £9.99 last month and this month I have again been billed although I have not been using now tv since I cancelled it during the 14 day free trial, I’ve tried ringing them and they’re telling me to post on here?

Your best option would to be either contact live chat or drop them a message from this link below.

Alternatively if you go to My Account > My Passes on here and under FAQ there is a section about " i think i have been charged incorrectly " where if you click on the drop down arrow to expand the information there is a link for a form that you can complete which will be automatically sent to the nowtv team.
