Billing Issue

Hi, I just signed up with the £5 for first month deal. After putting my payment details in it came back with an error. In my account it says that I was billed though but I cannot watch anything.

Hi @Anonymous User Were you billed the full £5 or was it a 10p admin reversable charge? Thanks.
