why am I still got charged even I got all package cancelled confirmation e-mail?

Hello, I canceled my entertainment and cinema package on 25 Dec but I got charged today Jan 2 £6.00, and £9.99. how can I get a refund and completely cancel the package?

Did you get confirmation emails for ALL the memberships you cancelled? Cancelling one membership doesn't automatically cancel another. 

The £6 sounds like boost. 

Either way speak with staff via live chat and they should be able to sort it out for you. Make sure to be signed in and use the 'How to get in touch' drop down.
