update to monthly pass

i paid for a day pass not realising bonus streams were not included, i want to update to the 6 month payment, but it wont let me, any help appreciated

You have to wait for the day pass to expire, tomorrow, and then try again.

In the mean time, double-check that bonus streams are indeed available on the device(s) you intend to watch on.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

cheers royb, i paid to watch a footy match tonight, i guess i shouldve read the small print, still wish i could just upgrade now (not bothered about the wasted day pass)
