Swansea Leeds stream broken

The stream for the 2nd half of the Swansea Leeds game was pixellated and unwatchable. Given that the main reason I have a £40 monthly pass is that I'm a Leeds fan I'm quite ###### off about it, but there is nowhere on the Now website to effectively complain.

There are many ways to complain about it. Annoyingly it is about finding it!

It was exactly the same for my household.  So frustrating.  I've tried doing an online chat but the system jyst goes round and round then just takes you back to the home page.  I'm slowly losing my mind 🙈
