now cinema

I got sky cinema through NOW on the 23rd of November, on now it said it would cost £6.99 per month, I was charged £9.99. It was only a 3 quid difference so i didn't mind but cancelled it as I don't think it's worth that. I should've had access to sky cinema until the 23rd of December but now I cant use it and when I try to watch a film it tells me that I have to subscribe again. I've been overcharged and my membership has been cut short but apparently now don't handle TV enquiries over the phone and the chat bot wasn't any help. anyone have any idea how to fix this?

For live chat you need to use the 'How to get in touch' drop down at the bottom of the page (which isn’t particularly obvious)
