I want a refund!!! I am getting charged monthly £7.99 when I’ve never watched a thing from now tv. You’ve be charging me since 2015!!! I’ve tried to cancel my account before it won’t let me I’ve tried and tried to get contact with now tv and nothing! I want a refund!

What exactly do you mean when you say "it won't let me"? Also, if you tried to cancel previously and it wouldn't let you then you must of known that you were going to still be billed? Anyway, you need to contact Now TV:

They will be able to confirm if you have logged in and watched anything. If not, they should give you a refund or at the very least, a partial refund.

@Dnb86 I assume that you are having the same problem as @Anonymous User if you go to this page: https://account.nowtv.com/payments/query/incorrect-charge (you may need to type it in your browser- my laptop is not letting me post as hyperlinks) You can find by going to "My Account" at the top of the screen, then select "I think I have been charged incorrectly" from the FAQs, then select the "request form", then select "I have been charged incorrectly", then complete the details as far as you have them.

@Anonymous User what is happening when you try to cancel? It normally asks you 2 or 20 times (slight exaggeration but sometimes feels like it) if you are sure you want to cancel. If it won't cancel here, you can contact your card provider and tell them you no longer authorise the payment.
