Are you after a monthly NOW Sports Membership deal ?
I just checked on the NOW offers website page and there is no current deal at the moment only full price.
When you go to My Membership online and click the green Exclusive offers section at the top of the screen page is there any offers (assuming you haven't got an active NOW Sports Membership at the moment).
You could try NOW live chat by clicking the green chat online button from the link page below to see if they can offer you a deal.
