I have an email offering Boost for 3 months for £1/month which I like to accept. However when I click the link it tells me that I need to take out a new new membership. As I got the email because I am a member I logged in to see what offers are available to me and, surprise, surprise the Boost offer isn't listed.
Is this just a scam to get us to take out extended memberships? The help Bot is absolutely useless. It just keeps referring me around in circles before suggesting that I come here.
Am I alone in this issue?
