cancel my membership today 25-09-2023 please

please cancel my membership today 26-09-2023 please. Cancel option not found and not available. I wish to cancel now on my last day as I will not be paying or watching for another month. Thank you.

It's up to you to manage your memberships. Posting on a customer forum will NOT get them cancelled.

How did you take them out in the first place? Was it via the app or website? 
If it was the former then it is managed by your App Store such as Amazon, Google etc.

And act quickly, as Now’s billing service can start on your last day, and take a further payment even though you put the Cancel through.

But if this happens, get onto Live Chat, who will refund you.

Avoid ‘Get Help Quicker’ there; you won’t.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
