Why i can't make payment????

Hello. My NOWTV account is overdue, and i try make payment today 15 times today and i get massage like this:               

Sorry, we couldn't take your payment

Please try again in a moment
 
I use the same bank card ... What to do??

I have the same problem and can't get an answer to it. Can anyone please help. I called now on the the phone and all they could tell me was that I have to do it online.

Each:

 

What card, for what bank, are you trying to use?

 

There are certain banks, certain card issuers (e.g. American Express, Maestro) and certain card types (e.g. prepaid*) that NowTV won’t accept. Might this be the issue?

 

Do you have adequate funds in your bank account?

 

*or so I’ve been told, but somebody recently reported apparent success with one of these....

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
