Vodafone Pass Not working

Hi,

 

New contract with Vodafone and Now TV Entertainment pass showing in my Now TV account but when  I try to access content I get and error saying Unable to Purchase on my LG TV, Not entitled(10024) on the Apple TV and jusr the offer to buy a pass on Now TV via the MAC.

 

Any ideas why this won't work ?

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

A bit of a long shot, where if your entertainment vodaphone pass is showing on your nowtv account.

 

Maybe see if logging out of the NowTV App on your LG smart TV, then disconnect the power at the TV electrical mains for a minute.

 

Then power back up the LG TV and sign back into the NowTV App with your username (not forum name) or email address and password used when checking your nowtv entertainment pass on your account on here.

 

If that doesn't work, go one step further and see if deleting the App and re installing the App to see if it recognises the entertainment vodaphone pass on your LG TV.
