Using more than one device

I have a message that I've exceeded my device limit ... but I'm alone in the house and no other device is being used (nor has been used for many hours). How can I fix this?

Contact live chat and ask for all devices to be reset.  Happened to me when boost expired.

Others have reported to log out of the unused devices.


However link to live chat, just make sure to click “chat online”.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
