Hi,
I thought I cancelled my subscription on the 29th december to not get charged on the 1st Jan.
I did the cancellation on my phone and because of the unnaceptable and deceiving way that nowtv handles it, I have been charged again.
I have subsequently cancelled - is there anyway I can get a refund for this month.
Having to click 'Cancel' about 8 times is not really acceptable in my opinion.

It might not be great but you have to cancel until you get confirmation email of the cancellation. Best to not leave it down to the wire.
You can successfully cancel on your phone, tablet or computer. All which I done perfectly fine in the past.
Speak with staff to see if they can sort out a refund for you. Make sure to be signed in and use the ‘How to get in touch’ drop down.

@gavs82008 contact your card company and tell them to cancel / dispute payment or cancel direct debit keep screen shots of your cancellations if you have them

You replied to the wrong person, I am happy using NOW and got their memberships.
