Moved to another ISP on the 13th Dec but NOW still billing me , no longer have a landline and use pay as you go mobile - have submitted complaints three times now using their web form since 13th January and haven’t had the courtesy of an acknowledgement let alone a response - not prepared to spend money on a phone call , have blocked my payment card but would like to resolve this to stop their emails asking for payment - any one have a email address for them ? Thanks
