Unauthorised Payments

Had payments of 11.99 and 3.00 taken. Housemates using account without permission.

@Anonymous User This is really a matter for you and your housemates to resolve. However, to reduce the chance of it happening again, put a payment pin on your account. Then cancel the passes they added and make them pay the £11.99 and £3. Feel free to add interest to what you charge them. 

Anyone with access to your account can buy passes and add devices as well.

Not really. In dealing with adults here, and there are clear instructions about usage in the house. Access to the stick has now been removed as a result. Actually contacting customer services about this appears to be made virtually impossible. Unless someone has a direct link that actually works.
