Cancel Account

I want to cancel my now tv account. I have tried live chat but its automated and I cant get through to a person to actually do this so keep going in circles.

It was not the pass I want to cancel, it was the whole account as someone
set it up under my email address with their payment details. I wanted to
delete the account as had no idea it even existed until I went to set one
up and it would not let me because my email was already in use!

nope, it is almost as if they don't want anyone to cancel. They have
removed the payment details but the account is still active. I am very
unhappy about it because the payment details were not even my own meaning
someone set the account up using my email address - but still this is not
enough reason for them to delete the account!
