NOT HAPPY!

I've only recently joined NOW TV broadband. They sent me a bill before my phone had even gone live! That was sorted. 4 days ago I got a email for February bill stating that I needed to pay within 7 days yet when I log in it states I need to pay on 27th of February! Then they cut me off! I then pay my bill on the 23 February 2020 and yet when I log in its still saying I need to pay on the 27 of February!! I think I'll just go back to BT if this isn't sorted quick.
