Unable to update billing details

Hey, 

Has anyone else encountered the issue whereby they are physically unable to update their billing details? I've been through the process to update them, and when I've 'Authorised this in the app' with my bank, I'm taken to a blank screen that does not update. 

If I head back into my account settings, my old bank details are still there - given this card is just about to expire, it's really frustrating that I can't seem to update the details!

Is this for TV or broadband?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
