Subscription in usa

I had forgotten to cancel my subscription and this payment has gone through which i wouldnt have mind but i am in the usa for the next month therefore wont be able to use now tv at all, am i entitled to a refund?

@Anonymous User Welcome to the community. Not strictly as it's up to the customer to cancel passes themselves, but NOW TV might be willing to refund you given the situation. Usually going to live chat would be the easiest way but I'm not sure you'd be able to access in the USA. You can try from the Contact Us page
