Sports day membership

How do I cancel my sports day subscription  so it doesn't roll to next month

It doesn’t automatically renew. The only two memberships that automatically renew for sports is the full month membership and the mobile membership.

If you want another day membership all you need to do is purchase it if and when it’s needed. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

I had purchased the 24hr membership I don't know if that membership renews itself do you know thanks

No, that one doesn’t automatically renew either 😛

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
