Somebody set up subscription in my account

Last night sombody set up an Entertainment subscription and a boost subscription in my account so I am now wondering if my account has been hacked or it is a technical issue as I did not set this up and it took money out of my account.  I have never used the entertainment subscripotin  in the last 2 years. I have now changed my password and added a pin to payments. Is there any way of telling where the login came from which set up the subscription ? and would I be able to get my money refunded ?

You’ve done the sensible things with changing password and payment PIN. When you changed your password did you request for ALL devices to be signed out?

As for the refund you’ll need to speak with staff via live chat. They don’t come on here I am afraid, see this link for the forum purpose.

To get live chat you need to be signed in and use the ‘How to get in touch’ drop down.
