Use an internet browser and type into the url https address bar 192.168.0.1
Your browser should then take you to the NowTV Hub webpage settings.
Click on the Wireless Tab, then when prompted use admin & nowtv
Then on the screen page you can change the Wireless SSID Network name and the security encryption network key.
Should anything go wrong and you can't access the wifi from your router once you have made the changes, then press the reset button on the back of the NowTV Router for about 10 seconds which will default the router back to it's factory shipped settings with the information on the ID label underneath the bottom of the Hub 2 Router.
