I want a refund, I want to cancel and I will be making a formal complaint. How do I go about getting my refund and cancelling? I signed up online so I expect to have access to cancel and get my refund or they can contact me so I dont need to waste more money on this.

NOW THEY ARE MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO POST!!!
They'll make it as difficult as possible.
All I see is a company poised to rip off as many people as possible due to the credit/debit card having to me on file as mandatory. I am currently looking to challenge this with the financial ombudsman.
