Hi my kid accidentally signed up for a new pass and I’ve just cancelled the passes And looking for a refund how do I go about that help please.

Firstly go to My Account > Settings & Pins and setup a payment pin on your account where a payment pin should stop this happening again in the future.
Then go to live chat and explain to them what's happened and ask for a refund.
Open the link page below and select the most appropriate help topic, then once at the final stage of the process scroll down towards the bottom of the screen page where hopefully you will find a Get in Touch option, click the drop down arrow below it to reveal the live chat button.

Also when you cancelled the unwanted pass, was there a red cancelled message next to the pass and have you received an email confirmation that a pass has been cancelled from nowtv ?
