Refund for boost

I signed up to entertainment package and they included boost. After the first month they charged me £6 for boost that I didn’t know I had. They are impossible to get hold of and don’t have a phone number to contact them. I have cancelled boost and I am looking for a refund.

Yes, Now pulled stunts like that until recently, though I think they now make the choice to have the trial of Boost or not more explicit.

Talk to Live Chat to get a refund, ignoring the Nowbot and its unfulfilled siren call of ‘Get Help Quicker’:-

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Before you decide you don't want boost, you are best to have a proper look at what it gives. As it provides a lot of features.
