i signed up originally on september 1st but cancelled after a week, then i decided to rejoin on october 1st using a different email address, it was after the payment was taken that i noticed that the previous account was still ongoing and that you had taken another payment from me. i want to cancel the original account and email nd i would like the last payment refunded
You don’t speak with staff in that manner on this forum. So saying ‘you’ is as much use as a chocolate fire guard.
Did you not get an email confirmation of the cancellation? If you didn’t then the wonderful cancellation process wasn’t fully followed. Also each membership must be cancelled separately, so if you had more than one they would have also needed the cancellation done manually.
Speak with staff to see about getting a refund via live chat. Make sure to be signed in and use the ‘How to get in touch’ drop down.
Then to cancel the account you need to follow the steps in this link for ‘erasure’.
