Refund all my money

I have never used it. 26 a month coming from my bank. Since November 2020. Omg I need a phone number to call

I suspect NOW TV, in which case click on the green Chat online button near the top of the page here and you will get straight through to an agent. 

If by any chance you have been paying for a broadband service without knowing it for all these years then call 0800 759 1213.

£26 sounds like a broadband contract, but if you have been having £26 a month taken out of your account for all this time, it definately is a shambles, @Itsashambles

As pointed out by @redchiz1 is this for TV membership such as cinema or is it for broadband?

If it’s for a TV membership. Did you not get a cancellation email confirmation?

It’s for tv. The account never got verified. It has never been accessed. Hence no email sent to cancel.

I’ve just read if you deal with Apple Pay  : you can get a refund from them 

if it’s now tv and you haven’t watched it.‘you can get a full refund?’

AAMOI, where did you read that?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

To be fair I got a years subscription last year with HBO Max in Spain via iTunes. Cancelled it and asked for a refund. 
Got the refund and more shockingly but I wasn't complaining still got access to HBO Max!
